Associate — Investment Team

Investment Associates at IKON Group support deal evaluation, financial modeling, due diligence coordination, and portfolio monitoring. We seek candidates with 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or management consulting.

Vice President — Investments

Vice Presidents lead deal processes, manage due diligence workstreams, develop investment theses, and actively support portfolio company value creation initiatives. We seek 5-8 years of private equity or investment experience.

Managing Director — Investments

Managing Directors drive deal sourcing, lead investment committee presentations, manage portfolio company relationships, and contribute to firm strategy. We seek 10+ years of investment experience with a track record of successful transactions.
