Business Quality
Target companies must demonstrate durable competitive advantages — brand strength, proprietary technology, regulatory barriers, or entrenched customer relationships — that protect earnings from competitive erosion.
Management Assessment
We require exceptional management teams with demonstrated execution capability, integrity, and alignment with long-term value creation. We back people as much as businesses.
Financial Profile
Target businesses should be EBITDA positive, growing revenues at above-market rates, and generating strong free cash flow. We look for businesses generating at least $3M in EBITDA for platform acquisitions.
