Hold Period & Exit

Our flexible hold period — typically 5-10 years for traditional PE investments — allows us to optimize exit timing for maximum value realization through strategic sales, sponsor-to-sponsor transactions, or IPOs.

Geographic Focus

While headquartered in Houston, our private equity strategy has no geographic constraints. We invest where the best risk-adjusted opportunities exist, with a current focus on North America, Europe, and select Asia Pacific markets.
